SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTED PAPERS

All interested participants are kindly invited to present the latest results of their scientific work in one of the ICPIG subject areas. The deadline for submissions is 12 June, 2009. After receipt, the submitted papers will be reviewed at once, on a first come-first reviewed basis. The Local Organizing Committee will do their best to notify the participants of the final decision on their revised papers within two to three weeks after receipt. Early submission is encouraged for those participants in the need of producing the approval of their contribution in order to proceed with their travel and accommodation bookings.

Contributed, full-length papers must be written in English and should report previously unpublished work. The authors are responsible both for the content and style of their contributions. No editing or re-typing will be made by the conference organizers, and the accepted contributions will be reproduced without reduction or modification. Contributions not conforming to the format described below may be rejected.

All contributions prepared according to the instructions (see the Template section for downloading samples) will be evaluated by the LOC. 

Each registered participant is entitled to submit a maximum of two contributed papers. For any extra contributed paper, the payment of an additional charge of 65 USD will be required prior to publication.

Each contributed paper must be submitted in two files:

(a) A Microsoft Word (alternatively Open Office or Rich Text) and its corresponding pdf file.

(b) A Latex file and its corresponding pdf file. We kindly request the Latex users to format their paper as closely as posible to the Word template provided above. 

 NAMING YOUR PAPER

To name your paper, use your surname followed by the topic number and a consecutive number (if you send more than one paper). Example:  Kukulkan_12_01

   Contributions submitted by fax or post will not be considered.
