Travel assistance
No assistance for air, sea or land transportation can be provided by the Local Organising Committee to any of the ICPIG’s participants.
Registration fee reduction The LOC of ICPIG will consider reducing the registration fee to a number of scientists from developing countries (see list of DC’s in this section). The appropriate Application form for fee reduction should be filled out and sent to the LOC before 15 May. This form can be downloaded from this section.
The reduction will be no less than half the regular fee.
Participants applying for a fee reduction are entitled to submit a contributed paper to the ICPIG that will be presented in one of the poster sessions of the conference.

Accommodation assistance
A number of rooms at the Best Western Clipper hotel has been blocked. These rooms are available for those participants wishing to stay on their own or sharing.
Accommodation assistance is available to all participants.
