Temperatures in July range between 26 – 36 °C,  (78.8 - 96.8 °F). It rains ocasionally.

No storms were registered this year in Cancún during  June-July. Actually, the weather was fantastic.

The Yucatán Peninsula  is occasionally hit by tropical storms and hurricanes. There is a long term statistical record that indicates that  hurricanes hardly ever happen in  July. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (USA), the main tropical storm and hurricane season is September.
