On-line Registration Guide

To make the process as easy as possible we have introduced
on-line registration as a first essential step.
  1. Register on-line form
    1. fill in all data in the required form - fields marked with * are obligatory.
    2. Select category of your registration.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    1. Please read carefully all policies and conditions, click on the accept button to continue with the form of payment
  3. Form of Payment
    1. Select one of the 2 forms of Payment; Wire/Bank Transfer or Credit Card
    2. With Wire/Bank transfer:
      1. Registration will be pending of confirmation until you send by e-mail amora@once.com.mx or by fax +052 55 5664-1111 x 5, your bank deposit slip.
    3. With Credit Card:
      1. The charge is automatic onto your credit card, will appear on your credit card statement as: Organizacion Nacional de Congresos y Eventos (O.N.C.E.) SA C
  4. Confirmation of registration and receipt of your payment
    1. To have submitted your registration form will appear on the screen “format send” and an option that will allow you to print it.
    2. Automatically you will receive to your registered address a e-mail with a “registration received notice”
    3. Once we have confirmed your payment in our system a CONFIRMATION RECEIPT OF PAYMENT will be issued and send to your registered e-mail.
    4. While you show up at the in-site registration counters, please give us your confirmation number or your name to collect your badge and materials.
