On-line Registration Guide
To make the process as easy as possible we have introduced on-line registration as a first essential step.

- fill in all data in the required form - fields marked with * are obligatory.
- Select category of your registration.

- Please read carefully all policies and conditions, click on the accept button to continue with the form of payment
- Form of Payment
- Select one of the 2 forms of Payment; Wire/Bank Transfer or Credit Card
- With Wire/Bank transfer:
- Registration will be pending of confirmation until you send by e-mail amora@once.com.mx or by fax +052 55 5664-1111 x 5, your bank deposit slip.
- With Credit Card:
- The charge is automatic onto your credit card, will appear on your credit card statement as: Organizacion Nacional de Congresos y Eventos (O.N.C.E.) SA C
- Confirmation of registration and receipt of your payment
- To have submitted your registration form will appear on the screen “format send” and an option that will allow you to print it.
- Automatically you will receive to your registered address a e-mail with a “registration received notice”
- Once we have confirmed your payment in our system a CONFIRMATION RECEIPT OF PAYMENT will be issued and send to your registered e-mail.
- While you show up at the in-site registration counters, please give us your confirmation number or your name to collect your badge and materials.
